As one example, we utilize a tube removal system that can cut, pull, extract and chop a vast range of condenser tube sizes and materials at a rate up to 250 feet per minute. Likewise, our innovative condenser and heat exchanger reclamation method virtually eliminates the need for hot work and confined space entry to reclaim the valued metals. Another proprietary system was developed to fog the condenser's tube & baffle array thus softening the oxide deposits prior to tube removal and eliminating tube breakage. |
